I ended up at a shelter as an injured stray.  I had an accident that caused my right hip to be severely dislocated and it had happened many days before I was found.  I needed FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) and probably needed a lot of physical therapy to get my leg to work right again.
Everything went GREAT and I did a lot of my own physical therapy by playing and running with other dogs!

See how well I healed up?!

Now that I am healed and spayed, I am ready to find my new home and if you are ready for a playful, sweet and happy dog, apply for me!
I am crate trained and house trained and ride well in a vehicle.  I do really well with other playful dogs, I love doggie toys and love to chew on nyla bones — I like to chew on other things too but I am told not to do that and then I am given a nylon bone or other doggie chew toy.
No one knows for sure how I would do with cats or small children since I haven’t lived with either.
The place I live in now has a fenced in yard.  If you don’t have a contained area for me to run and play in, you will need to work on giving me plenty of exercise.  I am not a hyper dog but I am young and 36 percent of my DNA is from herding dogs.
