The people at the shelter said I was a favorite — they said I was so sweet and was really affectionate especially when someone came to give me some affection.
If you already have a dog that needs a playmate, that would be ME!
I am crate trained and house trained and ride well in a vehicle. I do really well with other playful dogs, I love doggie toys and love to chew on nyla bones — I like to chew on other things too but I am told not to do that and then I am given a nylon bone or other doggie chew toy.
No one knows for sure how I would do with cats or small children since I haven’t lived with either.
The place I live in now has a fenced in yard. If you don’t have a contained area for me to run and play in, you will need to work on giving me plenty of exercise. I am not a hyper dog but I am young and 36 percent of my DNA is from herding dogs. My opinion is that my coat is mostly like a Labrador but that is just a guess with all the mixed up breeds that make me me!
Sheena was pulled from the shelter because she was injured. You can read about her injury, surgery and recovery here: sheena-dislocated-head-of-her-femur
