Dot is a lovely 2 yr old Border Collie mix. She had puppies in February and now it’s time to get her spayed and find her forever home. However she has a grade 3 heart murmur. She needs to see a board certified Cardiologist to determine where the heart murmur is coming from and if it’s safe to spay and adopt her.
