As you can see from his picture, Dallas is very treat motivated and will sit for treats. He can be very suspicious of new humans so it is a great way to earn his trust!
Dallas is looking for a home with or without other dogs. He gets along great with other dogs but just doesn’t seem to care if they are around or not. He does need a human though! He loves to be in a lap or near you in a doggie bed and he loves to sleep on the bed with you. He likes to start out under the covers but usually comes out to lay next to you after a bit.
This funny little guy loves to be dressed in clothes. This may be because he came to his foster home in the Winter so it may change as it gets warmer outside.
Dallas has lived in an apartment where he had to be walked on a leash outside so he does not require a fenced yard. He is currently using a fenced yard but he has no desire to stay outside once his business is done.
He has been crated but doesn’t really need it although he is good in a crate.
His previous owner hated to give him up but there was no way to keep him and give him the attention and care he needed. We were told many times what a good dog he is!
