Norah is a very, very sweet girl that was rescued from a shelter. She was picked up as a stray and her owners never went looking for her. She came to a foster home and we were worried. This big girl was in pretty rough shape. She had a very bad case of kennel cough and a very bad limp. The first thing on the agenda was to get her to a vet ASAP. They discovered a lump on her neck that happily turned out to be non-cancerous! The vet did a heartworm test and gave her pain medication for her hips and an antibiotic for her kennel cough. Unfortunately the heartworm test came back positive. She is going through the heartworm treatment and so far doing well.
