Daisy was surrendered when her owners could no longer take care of her.  They said she was smart and liked children. So far, she is very afraid of new people, including children.  It took her awhile to trust us when we got her. But once she warms up, it is like she has always been here.  It seems like she did not get a lot of attention from humans before. She is a girl who knows what she wants and will “talk” till you do it.  She does OK with other dogs, but would probably be fine without them as she does not play or cuddle up with them.  Daisy is learning to walk on a leash, and learn basic commands. I think she will become a great dog to walk with as she has lots of energy.  She is very food and treat motivated, and acts like she never gets enough to eat. She likes to be right next to you on a couch with some nice soft covers, and she sleeps on the couch at night. She will be spayed on Nov. 9th and be up for adoption after that.  For more info, contact janandal@sbcglobal.net
