My right ear is from my chihuahua side and the left one is from my shih tzu side. Sometimes my personality is more like a chihuahua and sometimes more like a shih tzu. Now my fur is the same thing! I was a matted mess and needed to be shaved down when I showed up at the shelter but I do shed just a little bit – so if you have allergies to dogs, I might not work for you.
I do good with small dogs but I really don’t like the big dogs. They are too active for me to be comfortable and I hide in a doggie bed a lot when they are playing. I prefer to do my business outside but sometimes if the big dogs are out there, I don’t want to go out where they are and then I have had a few accidents but if you don’t have any big rowdy dogs, I will probably do fine.
I can be crated but I am not into chewing on things I shouldn’t so I am often left out of the crate.
I haven’t met any cats so I am not sure what I think of them. I have meet some small humans at adoption events and I didn’t mind them but since I don’t like most big dogs, I would prefer a home that is calm and doesn’t have a lot of active small human children.
In case you are wondering about my right eye, I will let you know that I was born with a micro ophthalmic one. It was infected and drained a lot because it didn’t work right and I couldn’t see out of it. When I got spayed, the nice vet just removed it so that I wouldn’t have pain there any longer and I would not have be on a lot of medications to always make it better.
