Pupdate 7-1-2019:
Look at MEMEMME!!!! I had bloodwork today, and my kidney values are NORMAL!!! YAY! The vet said I should stay on the kidney diet, but between the diet and my clean teefers, I’m doing a LOT better!

I gotta tell you, though. I, uh, have some anxiety issues. Probably from being an old guy bounced around so much. We’re working on some medicine for that. Stand by to see how that works!

Pleased to meetcha…I’m Otis. I ended up in a shelter, through no fault of my own. The doggie doctor did some bloodwork, and said…this ‘lil dude might have a problem with his kidneys. And his teeth smell REALLY bad. Someone needs to see if he can get fixed up and adopted, or if he needs a quiet foster home to spend the rest of his days.

And hooray! There’s a schnauzer lady with APB! She said I can come stay with her, and she will take me to their doggie doctor. If my kidneys stabilize, and I can find a new home, she’ll help me find the BEST one. If not, I’ll stay here and hold down her dog beds. I’m REALLY good at that. And checking out the yard, and sniffing stuff!! I was even good for my bath!

But all of this doggie doctoring costs lots of dollars. And I didn’t even come with a collar – my pockets are empty! Can you help me get to the doctor, and see what’s going on with me? Even if my kidneys aren’t an immediate issue, my teeth REALLY need to get done. Please?

You’re the bestest! ~ Otis
