They say that I don’t walk like the other dogs.  I don’t have any pain and I can get around pretty fast but I can’t do any steps and I sometimes lose my balance.  If I don’t get outside often, I tend to leak a little urine.  Also when someone picks me up, my front legs stick straight out and I am pretty tense.  I like to nap in a lap but I have a tough time getting comfortable.  They want me to go to a specialist to see if there is anything that can be done and if they can do anything to make sure I don’t get worse.

If you would like to help me, I would appreciate any amount you can send.  If I can afford to go,  then these people who take care of me can say that I am ready for adoption to a new forever home!

UPDATE:  I had some spinal adjustments and it helped.  Then I had my urine checked out and I had a bladder infection.  I got some antibiotics and some supplements and while I am not walking perfect, I am doing better!  I also can hold my urine a lot longer now — I don’t leak at all anymore — and when I have to go and can’t wait, I will use potty pads.

I probably won’t ever be able to do stairs so please keep that in mind if you think you want to adopt me but since I am pretty easy to carry, it might not be a problem for you.

Just a little while on the supplements and a little more physical therapy and I will be ready for adoption!
