What a scruffy mess I felt like when I ended up at the shelter. Nobody was interested in me. Now I am out of there and all cleaned up and somebody might be interested me this time because I look like the princess that I am!
For a long time I didn’t have enough tears in my eyes and they got scratched and cloudy but I went to the eye doctor and got some medicine. My foster dad puts it in every day and already the scratches are getting better. I probably will need it for the rest of my life but I am worth it!
I do have a thyroid that doesn’t want to work just right so I got overweight and had some skin problems. Once I got tested and prescribed this little thyroid pill, my skin healed up and I started losing weight. I will probably need to take that pill for the rest of my life, too. The good news is, I am very good for my eye drops and I gladly take those treats that you will try to hide the pill in. I won’t even find the pill and spit it out.
Other dogs are nice for company. I don’t really play with them but I like them. I like to go outside to do my potty business and I rarely bark.
