At 12 pounds, Toby is the perfect size for a companion. He is playful and gets along with other dogs and cats — though chasing the cat is sometimes fun.
Toby came to Animal Placement Bureau as an owner surrender. It must have been due to the owner’s circumstance because I can’t imagine surrendering this little fellow easily. He loves children.
Toby can be standoffish until he greets you and decides you are okay so meeting guests should be done gradually.
He is getting groomed so will look a bit different when you meet him. He will charm you, as he has me, with his winning personality.
