Miguel came from Clinton Co Animal Control. He was a stray. He’s good with
other dogs after he gets to know them. I don’t know how he is with cats.
He would do best with older children. He is mellow for a chi. He doesn’t
bark or jump on you to get attention. He needs to warm up to new people
when he first meets them. He is very smart and learns quickly.
