Chester and Chloe came to APB when their family ran into difficulties…they’re an adorable little pair, with a few requirements!

Chester and Chloe must be adopted together – no exceptions. Do not apply and ask to adopt just one – your application will be declined.

Chester in particular is a door darter, and wannabe escape artist. So they require a physical fence – no electronic fences. No exceptions.

Chloe in particular is terrified of small children. No children in the home, or regular visitors, below teenagers. No exceptions.

We don’t have a lot of past history, but they’re obviously used to a quieter home. Both of them like to snuggle – Chester is more outgoing than Chloe, and tends to take the lead. Chloe is very snuggly when she gets to know you. Both of them like to try to sneak up on the bed during the night.

Chloe is a bit more playful with other dogs – Chester would like to boss them around a bit. Chester also likes to play keep-away, and not come in from the yard on occasion. A leash that is attached for awhile, and treats that are given inside the house, helps quite a bit here!

Both of them are housebroken, and worth taking the time to let them settle in, and get comfortable in the household! This may take a week or so – it took approximately that long to settle in to their foster home.
